BARREL SHROUD
for the 9mm
You already love your Kel-Tec and accessorizing it is just too much fun. Well, this is another world first. Thanks to someone who let us borrow their Kel-Tec we are now pleased to offer the first ever barrel shroud for the 9mm carbine. Uses a brass set screw to attach to the bottom of the firearms barrel. Installation is simple and takes a couple of seconds after the front sight has been removed. Allen wrench and set screw is provided with the shroud.
Not only does it look really good, the shroud will also protect your hand(s) from the hot barrel when handling the carbine after shooting. Weighing in at a mere 3.0 ounces, you will barely notice the difference in weight on your carbine.
It literally installs in seconds with an Allen wrench which is supplied. The shroud uses a brass set screw to push against the bottom of your rifle's barrel to securely hold the shroud to the barrel. We have found that brass a brass set-screw is better than a nylon, teflon or steel one and more secure than a holding ring around the beveled area. The shroud has no external hooking points, thus it will not hinder your tactical movements. Obviously, the rifle in the pictures is not included.
